The small village of Filozići is located in the north part of the island, in a dreamy part of the Tramontana forest. A small road takes you to the centre of the village: its little 15th-century church dedicated to Saint Roch, whose day is celebrated on 16 August. The village is quite lively and most of its houses are populated, at least on the weekend. Zlatkov Family Farm is at the end of the village: they produce local delicacies and organize artistic colonies from time to time.
Hiking enthusiasts can take the trail from Filozići to Porozina, take a different one to Halm, the peak of a nearby hill. You can also take the one which goes towards Dragozetići. Half way to Dragozetići the trail forks: continue south to go to Dragozetići, or take the route going east to connect to the Via Apsyrtides and to the trail which leads to Beli.
