Croatian Cultural and Artistic Society "Petar Zrinski" from Vrbovec was founded in 1912 as a male choir. Over the 113 years of its existence, the society has developed into a large family that, through a mixed choir, folklore ensemble, tamburitza ensemble and female vocal ensemble "Lera", cherishes the customs, music, songs and dances of its region, almost the entire beautiful country and beyond its borders. In Cres, on Sunday, August 17th from 9 P.M on main square, a smaller part of all four sections will present well-known and lesser-known Croatian compositions, dances and customs of the Vrbovec region.
